As the word says.. Yoga – Lates, a mix between Yoga and Pilates!
These classes are challenging, focused on your powerhouse, the core, to enable to the rest of the movements with precision and flow. Come ready to stretch but strength at the same time, with a focus on the posture and on a healthier spine.
This is our favourite class, and if you have never tried it before, now it is a great time to start!
All the Yogalates classes in our website are for intermediate/advanced students – you are supposed to have practised Yoga and Pilates before at least a couple of times, or you should have a good fitness level or attempt to it!
