Vinyasa means in Sanskrit: ‘to place in a special way’. It then means to transition smoothly between one pose to the other.
Vinyasa Yoga is focused on breath and movement. It is a dynamic class that will make you move, stretch, strengthen, maybe even sweat, all with a spiritual root that will help you attain a sense of wellbeing for your body and mind during and after the class.
Vinyasa classes are available for all levels! Our classes specify at the moment of booking the suggested level so you know beforehand what to expect. In any class, regardless of the level, expect to have some fun, be challenged and learn about the technique and spirituals roots of Vinyasa Yoga.
